The 2010 season sees Bridgestone start its second year as the Official Tyre Supplier to the MotoGP World Championship, supplying tyres and technical support to every team and rider on the grid.  

The short animated video below examines the stresses and strains placed on tyres when on-track, and looks at the importance of tyre temperatures and how they are affected by acceleration, braking and cornering.  

It is the second in a two-part animation that delves under the skin of Bridgestone’s tyre technology and examines in detail the important role of tyres in motorcycling’s premier class.
